I had a great experience with Cakes and Bakes. I am particularly very fond of a famous cake shop in Kolkata, however they were unable to provide customisations like I wanted. Hence, I started looking for other options and I found this. I'm so glad I did, because even taste wise it was so good! Will be placing orders here from now on even if I don't need sth very fancy.
Taste-wise- one of the best I've ever had. I never expected it to be so good! It was unbelievably soft, the flavour was amazing yet not too sweet- it was perfect. I had mentioned that I'm not too fond of the cream and to keep it to a minimum and that's exactly what they did!
Look-wise- I just got some pictures from Pinterest and sent them. And they made it exactly the way I wanted. In fact on the last day also I made some changes to the decor and they incorporated that as well and executed it to perfection. In fact, it turned out to be even better than I had imagined!
The prices are so reasonable and their behaviour was so good!
I hope they open their cake shop soon!
