Storage Instructions: Semi Fondant cakes in unboxed condition are suggested to keep in AC room or normal temperature and not in refrigeration. Once cut you may keep refrigerated and consume within 5 days. Store it in an air tight container to maintain the freshness.
Delivery: Customised cakes and theme cakes may or may not have same day delivery. Cakes are delicate items and is not delivered using Swiggy, Zomato, Uber etc. While some small sized cakes are delivered on bike using our assigned delivery team who are trained specially for cake delivery, bigger cakes may require delivery using four wheeler AC car. Delivery rates are charged on per km basis and will need to be paid at the time of delivery. Our store location is Deshopriyo Park. Delivery slots will be assigned upon order confirmation via payment with minimum 5 hours if on same day.
Order Instructions: Customised cakes should be pre-ordered minimum 2 days in advance. Same day delivery possible on cream based cakes if ordered within 11A.M. where delivery is expected by evening. Wedding Cakes and Multi-Tiered Cakes requires 3 to 5 days to pre-order. Call or WhatsApp us on 9830341866. We can confirm and take your order. If cake is ordered on wrong date where pre-ordered is necessary, refund of amount may not be possible.

Ordered a chocolate cake from Cakes and Bakes. It was wonderful, very tasty, soft and freshly baked. The decorations were beautiful. Since I was purchasing for the first time, I was a bit hesitant, therefore I decided to stick with a plain chocolate cake. Priyanka is a wonderful person. When I contacted her she guided me very patiently as to what she can provide and sent me photographs of what is available with her. The cake was nicely packed and delivered on time. It was a wonderful experience with Cakes and Bakes. I recommend it to anyone who's looking for home baked cakes. I shall surely purchase again from Priyanka. 😊

  • How many days before do I need to Pre-Order for a Designer Anniversary Cake ?
    A: It all depends on how much special you want your ordered cake to be and how much time you want us to spend on it. At the very minimum, large sized Fondant cakes should be ore-ordered 3 days before event or upto 7-15 days ahead if it requires special items not easily available - such as customized Name Toppers or Choicest Flowers .
  • Do you provide Anniversary Cake Delivery in Kolkata yourself ? Can I pick it up myself - I do not trust any delivery app !
    A: Thats a good idea , you are always welcome to pickup your special cake from our outlet . However, we deliver most of our cakes ourselves for a reasonable delivery fee. While some customers opt to get it delivered by Swiggy Genie or Uber Connect, it is not our recommended option, as they deliver all items on a Bike. We can deliver our Cakes in a Car .   • But the cost of Delivery of a Cake on XXX website was much lower - I have seen . How come yours different ?
    A: Most online cake delivery portal sell readymade cakes and even for decorated cakes , they offer Fixed Time Delivery , where they deliver multiple cakes at same time but they charge all customers separately . Check when you choose your Own Time , what is the cost of delivery . Also, now in Covid actual costs vary from time to time .
  • I have seen XY Cake on social media which includes addons like Flowers, customized toppers , Special Candles etc . Will you be giving the same ?
