I do not live in Kolkata but I got in touch with Cakes and Bakes after reading the reviews and ordered a customized cake for a friend living in Kolkata. I am happy to say that the cake came out exactly like I wanted...it was very beautiful with eye for details. And the real cherry on the cake was that it was very yummyyyyyyy. The cakes are really delicious and freshly baked. Customisation is easy and they handle everything very professionally. M really happy with the experience and looking forward to more of it
